Chairman
Mr. G. Ravender Rao is a reputed industrialist and technocrat with over three decades of experience across engineering and healthcare. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from REC Warangal, he started his first venture, Yashoda Vacuum Industries, in 1978 and later established Yashoda Special Metals in 1985 — both becoming leaders in their fields.
A great visionary, Mr. Rao joined hands with his brothers Dr. G. Surender Rao and Mr. Devender Rao to establish the Yashoda Group of Hospitals. He currently heads the Group, where his engineering discipline and entrepreneurial instinct built one of India's national players in healthcare services.
Managing Director
Mr. Dheeraj Gorukanti brings varied expertise across the healthcare provider space, spanning operations, human resources and marketing. He serves on the Board of Graviti Pharmaceuticals as Managing Director.
As Chief Executive Officer of Yashoda Group, he built a system that delivers high-quality care while assuring sound fiscal operation and cost-effective services. Before Yashoda, he worked at Boston Consulting Group in Washington DC, serving clients in pharma, retail and financial services. He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Director
Suguna is a senior healthcare executive with extensive experience in business strategy and marketing, and a strong background in brand management, new product development and customer engagement.
She has led pioneering innovation and emerging technology programmes for leading healthcare organisations including Yashoda Healthcare and Graviti Pharmaceuticals, with a proven record in product launches, customer value propositions and large-scale delivery. She previously worked in international markets, including at Citibank in Singapore and New York. She completed her MBA at Duke University in 2007.

Closed a regulatory inspection with zero 483 observations and expanded into cardiovascular, diabetes and specialty formulations.
